Netly Pay is designed to minimise the personal information needed to use its calculators. This page explains what stays in your browser and what third-party services may process.
Calculator inputs
The core calculator runs in your browser. Netly Pay does not intentionally send the salary, bonus, pension percentage, tax-region selection or student-loan figures you enter to our analytics service or a Netly Pay server.
Analytics
With consent, the site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as page views and calculator interactions. Analytics is denied by default until you choose to accept. We do not intentionally include calculator financial values in analytics event parameters.
Advertising
The site includes Google AdSense code on eligible content pages and may show Google-served advertising if the site is approved and ads are available. Where consent is required for advertising in the UK/EEA/Switzerland, advertising consent is handled separately from Netly Pay's analytics-cookie choice using the consent solution configured for AdSense. Advertising technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers in accordance with that consent and Google's policies.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, topic and message you submit are processed through Netlify Forms so the message can be reviewed and answered. Please do not include National Insurance numbers, tax references, bank details or full payslips.
Hosting and logs
The website is hosted on Netlify. Like most hosting providers, infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser data and timestamps for security, delivery and operational purposes.
Third-party links
Guides link to official sources and may link to other external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
